Yours truly is currently run by Nandini Rao, Artistic Director, 9 Advisory Board members and 7 international mentors.

We have around 10 core-team members and around 100 members who involve themselves in all the aspects of production, not only in acting but also beyond stage specialisation. Since it is our philosophy that everybody in the team should be involved in creating a balance between onstage performance and beyond stage contribtuion; this ensures that members are not only trained in all the aspects of theatre but also help them evolve better in theatre with a greater understanding of production and acting. There are several oppourtunities and workshops held which helps to ehance members upskills their new found skills in dramaturgy.
